About
Diana Rendon is a Colombian-Dominican-American ACTOR, WRITER, DIRECTOR, & MUSICIAN based in Brooklyn, New York. She holds a BFA in Acting from NYU Tisch School of the Arts ('25).
She began her training at Tisch at the Playwrights Horizons Theater School studio, focusing largely on contemporary scene work, developing new and experimental theatre, and honing the skill of being a useful, productive collaborator in a rehearsal room.
Diana finished out their training at The Classical Studio, the most selective program in the drama department. At Classical, she spent 40 hours a week training in Shakespearean verse, stage combat (SAFD certified), voice/diction, and Suzuki method, all in addition to rehearsing for and performing a three month-long run of Twelfth Night.
After graduating, Diana continued her training in a 12-week scene study program at Juilliard.
A fan of all things slightly strange and a frequent instigator of inappropriate laughter, their mission with their work is to make people, especially queer folks of color, feel seen and a little less alone.
When not working, Diana loves to spend her days playing tennis, doing crossword puzzles, using her AMC A-List subscription, reading, and playing guitar.
